At Mountain Springs, we are a family! Our kids are an extremely important part of that family, and it is our privilege to be able to teach and disciple them in their faith so that they have the solid foundation of God's Word and the support of their church community to accomplish anything God calls them to. Back Joel Turner Lead Pastor pastorjoel@mountainspringscc.com Prior to the Lord’s calling him into the ministry, Joel was a comedian in western Canada. After coming to Christ, he entered into full-time ministry in North Carolina and later moved home to serve as youth and young adult pastor at a Calvary Chapel in Calgary. In 2007, the Lord moved on his heart to plant a church, Mountain Springs CC, in NW Calgary where he continues to pastor. In 2020 Joel released his first book entitled, “Humor Me”; as a result he now shares his insights on the topics of humour, evangelism, and public speaking. Joel is married to Tania who runs the women’s ministry with her team and they have 4 children who they homeschool: Chloe, Tatum, Roman and Cruz. pastorjoel@mountainspringscc.com

Youth Ministry on mission Our Mission is to reach the youth of our church and community with the transformational power of the Gospel. We do this through Evangelism (First Friday), Studying the Bible (Ignite Tuesday | Jr. High and Impact Wednesday | Sr. High), building genuine relationships (Drop-in times), and worshipp ing. Our hope is to see youth engaging in the word, their communities, and in deep relationship with the Father. Our heart is to know Jesus and make Him known with everything we do.
